Hanamaruki’s vegan instant miso soup with wakame gives you a warming bowl of miso soup in seconds. Just add boiling water to the paste, stir and enjoy the umami flavours of this traditional Japanese dish. The wakame seaweed garnish adds a gentle texture and iodine-rich bursts in each spoonful.
This miso soup paste also works wonderfully to enrich ramen broths or as a seasoning for stir fried noodles – sprinkle the wakame on top for an alternative finishing touch to sesame seeds.
