Description

Discover the intoxicating flavour of Mariage Frères chai matcha. It’s a blend of Japanese green tea and fragrant spices. Cardamom, clove and cinnamon add warmth to the earthy matcha.

Black pepper gives the tea a little bite, but the overall taste is mellow and rich in umami.

For best results, steep for three minutes in 85°C water. This extracts the flavours without scalding the leaves.
