NON2 non-alcoholic wine is flavoured with kombu and caramelised pears. It’s a delicious alternative to sparkling wine. Serve it chilled with snacks before dinner.

Verjus (unripened grape juice) gives the drink a wine-like acidity. Roasted pears deliver mellow sweetness which is balanced by a hint of salt. Kombu is a clever addition, rounding out the flavours and adding subtle minerality.
