Description

With Thai Taste’s Thai massaman curry kit, you can create a rich, flavourful curry in three simple steps. From wok to table in 15 minutes, it’s a store cupboard saviour for busy days when you don’t want to compromise on flavour. The curry paste is fragrant with lemongrass, galangal and earthy spices like cardamom and cumin. Combined with creamy coconut milk and your choice of beef, chicken or vegetables, it creates a mildly spiced curry the whole family will enjoy.

Massaman curry has Indian and Malaysian influences which explains the presence of spices you might not typically associate with Thai cuisine. They give the curry a wonderful depth of flavour and a gentle, warming heat. It often includes cashew nuts and cooked potatoes that soak up the rich sauce. Serve it with steamed jasmine rice or flaky, buttery roti.

The kit feeds 2-3 people as a main course.
